Vegan Chocolate Pizza Wreath

Are you looking for an incredibly easy recipe that turns ready-made pizza dough into an incredibly tasty sweet bread? Why only use pizza dough to make pizza?! Spread vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Spread over the pizza base, make a wreath and bake it. We like to make it even more special by sprinkling a coffee glaze over the wreath. The combination between the Chocolate Hazelnut Spread and the coffee flavour in the icing is really delicious. And the advantage with this recipe is, it looks impressive and difficult but it is super easy to make and you don’t need many ingredients. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. Ingredients

400 g pizza dough (ready-made)
4 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread (click here for the recipe)
20 g icing sugar
2 tsp coffee

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Roll out the pizza dough. If there is already baking paper on the pizza dough, leave it on. If there is no baking paper under the pizza dough, put baking paper on your work surface and roll the pizza dough over it or dust your work surface with flour and place the pizza dough on it. Spread the chocolate hazelnut spread evenly over the pizza dough. Roll the dough up from the longest side until you have a roll. If there is baking paper on the bottom of the pizza dough, gently pull it off while rolling it up. Cut the roll in half lengthwise with a sharp knife. Fold the two pieces over each other one by one (see video). Place the Chocolate Pizza Wreath on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes until the dough is cooked through.
3. Meanwhile, mix the icing sugar and coffee into a glaze. Divide over the Chocolate Pizza Wreath.
