Vegan Sushi Bowl
We love eating vegan Sushi but sometimes we don’t want to be for hours in the kitchen but just wanting to enjoy a fast meal. This Sushi Bowl is definitely the perfect idea of a fast and delicious recipe. We use whole wheat rice in this recipe instead of white rice. This to make it even more healthy. But you can of course use regular white sushi rice. We added some extra ingredients to give this Sushi Bowl more body! Really give it a try and let us know what you think of it.
