1 tsp sunflower oil
145 g onions
3 cloves garlic
125 g tomatoes
150 g mushrooms
2 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp broth powder (chicken flavour VEGAN)
1 tsp Indian curry powder
Pinch dried chili flakes
1 tsp salt
1 kg potatoes
375 ml water
500 g green beans
Tip: Eat with rice or homemade roti (chapati bread)
