Vegan Soft Pretzels

This you have to try! We literally can’t get enough of it. This recipe for vegan Soft Pretzels are definitely a family favourite. It’s sweet, little bit salty and so delicious. Believe us when we say this is all you want to have in your life! We’ve made the shape different from the “REAL” Pretzel shape this because it’s so much easier. So why make it difficult!? Ingredients

125 ml Oat Milk, at room temperature
3.5 g / ½ small bag Yeast (dry)
½ tbsp White Sugar
1 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
220 g Flour
¼ tsp Salt
3 tbsp / 40 g Margarine (vegan)
(Let rise for 1.5 to 2 hours, in a warm place)

500 ml Hot Water, from the tap
35 g Baking Soda

50 g Butter (vegan), melted
50 g Sugar
1 tbsp Cinnamon Powder
