½ cup Raw Cashews (soak in boiled water)
185 g Water
1 tbsp Arrowroot Powder
1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
100 g Onions
10 g Garlic
½ tsp Oregano
⅛ tsp Thyme
⅛ tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
250 g Champignons
250 ml Dry White Wine (vegan)
200 g Zucchini
Garnish with:
Flat Leaf Parsley
