Vegan Pizza Apple Crumble

Why not combine a pizza with an apple crumble pie!? This vegan Pizza Apple Crumble is irresistibly tasty. Really something everyone likes. You prep it in only 10 minutes and when it is in the oven your house starts to smell so good. You can of course use other fruits as topping. Ingredients

100 g flour
60 g sugar
75 g vegan butter, cold
1 pack (400 g) fresh pizza dough
2 apples
100 g fresh blueberries

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Put the flour, sugar and vegan butter in a bowl. Rub everything lightly between your fingertips into a crumbly mixture. Set aside.
3. Cut the apples into wedges, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
4. Roll the pizza dough on the baking tray. Divide the apple slices over the dough, followed by the fresh blueberries and the crumbly mixture (see video). Bake the pizza apple crumble for 30 minutes.
