Vegan Bao Bun Filling
We love to use oyster mushrooms for our vegan Bar Bun Filling for this recipe and when serving this in a warm Bao Bun, we love to top off with some fresh coriander, shallots, red hot chili pepper, cucumber and toasted sesame seeds!
