It is so easy to make Lavash yourself. It is a thin, flexible and soft flatbread. Delicious to eat with many different dishes. You can easily store Lavash in the fridge or freeze it. We like to eat Lavash with Kashke Bademjan, an Iranian recipe. Lavash comes originally from Armenia, but is also widely eaten in Turkey, Iran and Georgia. You just need flour, water and salt. That’s it!!
