Vegan Classic Cheesecake
After many, many attempts, we finally have the perfect recipe for a vegan Classic Cheesecake. This vegan cheesecake is not at all difficult to make but you need to be patient. This, because all of the time is in getting the cheesecake to firm up in the fridge. But it’s all worth it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

This may sound stupid because I’ve made lots of cheesecakes (have an awesome pumpkin cheesecake), but what is a digestive biscuit? I use graham crackers for crust. Thank you!

Ooh we are very curious about your pumpkin cheesecake😋 sounds delicious! That’s true, normally in cheesecake recipes they use Graham crackers for the crust but over here in The Netherlands they don’t sell this brand so we use digestive cookies.They are similar in taste and also vegan as the Graham cracker. Hope we could clear it up for you. Xx
