Vegan Christmas Pudding Cake
A real classic dessert to eat after Christmas dinner is a Christmas Pudding. The original Christmas Pudding can be made months earlier and then stored in a dark cupboard until Christmas. Our Christmas Pudding Cake version is far easier to make and you can eat it immediately after baking. The next day the cake is even better. So feel free to make this recipe the day before. Christmas Pudding is normally flambéed with Brandy during serving, super delicious but we have chosen to decorate it with some icing sugar for a Christmas feeling.
