Vegan No Bake Cherry Cheesecake
If we say that you really don’t have to miss anything with plant based food, then this again is a great example. This vegan No Bake Cherry Cheesecake (a.k.a. Monchoutaart) is a real common cake in the Netherlands. We have transformed this recipe into a plant based recipe and may we say… WOW WHAT GOOD! This vegan no bake cherry cheesecake has been very well received. The preparation really takes no effort. You make the cheesecake in 15 minutes. The only thing you have to remember is that the cheesecake must stiffen well in the fridge. So let it set for at least 6 hours. We recommend that you just make this a day ahead. And, if you have a birthday or party soon or just want to eat a vegan no bake cherry cheesecake, we say, give this recipe a try. If you have any questions or if you want to let us know how the cake turned out, let us know in the comments below.

Looks so good! Where can you get the vegan cream cheese in the Netherlands?☺️
Hi Doti,
We buy the vegan cream cheese at Albert Heijn and we use the vegan cream cheese from Violife. And for the firm coconut yoghurt we use the coconut yoghurt from Albert Heijn (own brand). We hope you will enjoy the No Bake Cherry Cheesecake.
Thank you so much for answering! Amazing that I can find everything at AH. Gonna make this for a birthday then😍
So nice that you are going to make it for a birthday. We hope everybody enjoys it. Xx
No es necesario agregar algo que lo endurezca? Como agar agar por ej? O:muchas gracias por su receta
Hi Javiera,
With the products we use this is not necessary. For the vegan cream cheese we use the one from Violife. Hopefully you can get your hands on this😊
